Community Based Health & First Aid
Established in 2009. CBHFA is an approach to work with community with aim to aware the community about health and hygiene practices. Mother and Child health, awareness about potable water and water born diseases and their prevention are parts of this program.
CBHFA is Flagship program of IFRC/PRCS, powered by Volunteer and facilitator guidelines which consist of 7 intercalative modules and two toll kits:

PRCS Role as PNS’s
Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is successfully implementing the CBHFA in flood 2010, 2011 and as regular program in peace time through practical approach in five provinces and AJK state Branch.The community volunteer’s capacities are built to make their communities health resilient through community health session and program engagements.
